at the Rotary International Convention (RICON) 2019 in Hamburg, Germany  Side Event

After the tremendous success of the first YP Event at the RICon 2018 in Toronto, Canada, the Rotary E-Club Bavaria International is proudly hosting this year's Rotary Young Professionals event at the Hofbräu, Esplanade 6 in Hamburg on Tuesday, 4th of June 2019 at 7 pm (German time).

We are happy to welcoming you for this funtastic Bavarian Evening!


What is included:

The ticket price of EUR 50 (+ eventbrite fees) includes typical Bavarian mixed platters per table, one “Mass” (1 liter beer mug) of beer or non-alcoholic beverages, and one pretzel to go with your first sips of beer. A vegetarian option casn be selected during the ticket ordering process on Eventbrite.

Alcohol will only be served to those 18 years and older (IDs might be checked).
Additional drinks can be purchased at your own costs.

During the event the band "Alpenklang" will play Bavarian music.

PAUL - our fundraiser:

Every ticket purchase does include a small donation towards PAUL - Portable Aqua Unit For Lifesaving

The Portable Aqua Unit for Lifesaving (short PAUL), also known as Water Backpack is a portable membrane water filter developed at the University of Kassel (Germany) for humanitarian aid. It allows the decentralized supply of clean water in emergency and disaster situations.

The device filters pathogens out of the water, making it drinkable and offering effective protection against cholera, typhus and other infectious diseases. paul can be carried by only one person as a backpack to remote areas since it weighs only 20 kg and can filter up to 1,200 litres of water every day; it only has to be transported once.

There will be a PAUL booth in the House of Friendship where you can have a closer look at a PAUL.

With every ticket you purchase a donation will be made to PAUL. Additionally you can also donate money at the event. Any potential surplus of the event will also be donated to PAUL.

Tickets are non-refundable, however, they are transferable.

Tickets need to be purchased until the 2nd of June 2019 (CET).
No tickets will be available at the door.

Please notify us in case you wish to transfer your ticket to someone else at including the following information: your first name, last name and email address as well as first name, last name and email address of the person that receives your ticket. The  financial aspects will have to be handled between you and the receiving person.

When you check in at the venue, please provide us your ticket (printed or mobile) as well as a valid, government-issued, photo identification.

*Guests of all ages are welcome, but please keep in mind that this event is especially targeted at 25 - 50-year-old members of the family of Rotary and their families.
